The Transatlantic Geopolitics & Technology Observatory (TGTO) is a European-based independent analytical think-tank and publication center focused on the evolving geopolitical, economic, and regulatory relationship between the United States and Europe.

TGTO provides clarity, context, and comparative understanding across issues shaping transatlantic cooperation and competition — from defense strategy and AI regulation to energy policy, industrial policy, and digital governance.

Operating through the Centrale publishing platform, TGTO delivers in-depth analysis, concise explainers, and scenario-based studies in English, French, and Dutch for government officials, private sector stakeholders, and public audiences.
